Casting tube mould is a large thermal tooling for producing spheroidal-graphite castiron pipe in centrifugal cast tubing machine. The working condition of mould isvery tough, cooling water flushing from outside and inner surface contactingwith high temperature iron melt (up to 1,350-1,400°C). During the operatingperiod, the moulds enduring alternating thermal stress constantly, and itrotates in a certain speed inside the centrifugal casting machine, atthe same time, the mould stand in with external & internal force like tension and torsion. The mould is made of a solid alloy bar,the hole being drilled for entire length by adopting an advanced technology.
